About Me

With my background as a flight attendant, I have always been passionate about helping others feel their best. Transitioning into the wellness industry, I focused on promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. My journey then led me to the lifestyle and nutrition space, where I guided individuals in making healthier choices to enhance their overall well-being. Combining my expertise in service and wellness, I now help individuals cultivate balance, embrace vitality, and prioritize healthy aging-empowering them to navigate life's changes while feeling strong in body, mind and spirit.
I chose the name Lavender & Lime because it reflects the balance between calm and energy, relaxation and renewal. For you to find harmony your life, while prioritizing both self-care and vitality.
